The most complex thing I've built: a paid community and content platform with a custom CMS, custom chat, custom mail flows and hundreds of members. All built myself, and it runs live. This is my proof.
More revenue. Lower costs. Less manual work.
Systems that actually pay for themselves.
No AI talk, no slides. I find out what genuinely needs to improve in your business, and I build it. Only what pays for itself. 20 years of making complex tech work, from operating rooms to AI.
Between a thousand tools, just as many gurus and a free giveaway every other day, you lose the thread. Not because you don't get it, but because nobody tells you what matters for your business. So you throw money at AI that gives nothing back, or you keep postponing while someone else picks it up.
First find out what genuinely needs to improve. Only then choose the route. And only build what pays for itself.
First I get how your work really runs: where it hurts, what it costs, what needs to be better. No AI talk, just understanding your business.
Sometimes that's a system that takes over an entire process. Sometimes it's setting up what you already have more cleverly. Sometimes it's better not to automate something. The business case decides the route, not the tool.
I build it, get it running and teach your team to use it. Up front we agree how we'll see it got better. Measured, not assumed.
No impressive demo. A business process that measurably works better, with a before and after that proves it.
No theory, no demo. These are systems I built myself and run every day. What I build for you, I build for myself too.

A system that captures your knowledge and takes over recurring work, with orchestration on top. It runs in the background, even when you're busy with something else.
From idea to scheduled post in one system: creation, management and publishing, with data that's right instead of scattered dashboards. Your reach keeps going without eating your time.
My own business runs entirely on these systems, every day. What I build for clients, I run myself first.
The order is simple. We start with a call. I find out what's genuinely worth tackling in your business, and which route pays for itself. Only then do I build.
Every build gets one scope, one outcome and one price up front, in writing. No open ends, no subscription quietly running on. You pay for a concrete result and you know up front what it is.
I only build what pays for itself.
Project builds: paid 100% up front. Your AI usage is on your account. Prices excl. VAT.
Free and no strings, online, half an hour. I hear where it hurts and tell you honestly whether AI delivers here. If not, I say so too.
I find out what genuinely needs to improve and which route solves it most cleverly. You get one scope, one outcome and one price, up front.
I build it, get it running and teach your team to use it. Agreed up front how we'll see it got better.

I worked 20+ years in engineering and complex systems: from AV and installations to camera systems in operating rooms. Things that simply had to work, because something was riding on it. Alongside that I dug into how people work and change, from hypnotherapy and NLP to deep personal development.
The common thread isn't AI. It's understanding how something works, in a person, a process or a machine, and getting it working. I run my own business on my own AI systems, and now I build that same thing for founders: only what measurably improves things and pays for itself.
One call. I find out where AI measurably improves your business, and which route pays for itself.
